I would suggest you just go out for a little run. Put the W7 app on and see how you feel. As long as your knee feels fine, then the short rest period will not have harmed your fitness much. You may very likely even get through the whole run. Think how you would feel then.
However, if you don't, don't worry, you now have an idea of where you are and can refocus your next runs accordingly. Personally I feel this would be better than setting yourself a low bar then getting back and wishing you had done more.
You could do week 6, back to a couple of run/ walks and see how you go. If the knee hurts, stop running and rest again. Never take chances with knees.
