2nd run in the bag. Ran most of it as i had to dodge the waves crashing over the sea wall caused by Storm Eleanor! Invigorating, a bit soggy but I feel great now.

How wonderful and invigorating. Running with nature at her most exciting. All she’s managed to do here is throw the wheelie bins down the road and chuck rubbish everywhere.

Well done! And it sounds as it was a very intense and dramatic run ;-) I wish I could run in the wild... But unless I use a car, very difficult to go to a nice country area. Keep on enjoying invigorating runs for your next round!
