Hi I’m on week 2 if C25K and so far so good. However I feel like I’m not exercising my arms or abs. Is it ok to do some light weights on the days off or any other form of exercise like Body Pump at my Gym?

The rest days in C25k are from impact exercise, so anything else that you do to complement your running will be beneficial, so long as it doesn't involve impact on the legs.
Weights, swimming, cycling, Pilates etc are all good.
Runners do need good core strength, so anything you can do to improve yourself in that area will show dividends, especially as runs get longer in the future.

A hard day in the garden, a blitz on housework.. all contribute too, and some walking... I have a daily routine, and it just becomes part of your day.
