Hi, I have started week 5 today and first run was fine although first twinges in my knees after running on the snow. So far in the plan I have done every week twice because I want to take it steady and not risk injuring myself and I am not in a big rush to get to the 5K. My question is - if I want to do week 5 twice is it better to do the full week and then repeat it or to do run 1 twice then run 2 twice and then the 20 minute run twice? thanks

The most progressive way would be to do each run twice before moving on.
Well done with your tenacity.
