Well I can't actually believe that I'm able to run for 30 minutes (treadmill) without a break. If someone told me that 10 weeks ago, I would have had the biggest LOL.
Its been tough and even today's run was slower than my last one. But its done . I'm running about 4.5km in 30 minutes so should be able to do 5k in a few weeks.
I'll support my wife who's on week 5 and see her reach the 30 minute which seems miles away to her. She's doing amazing tho.
I think I've lost about 10lbs in weight with no drastic changes in diet, I can lift more than I used to and that's straight after my run. If I can lose 6lbs by end of January then I know I'm winning. Starting to notice definition in my arms and clothes are feeling loose. I'm hoping to continue 3 runs per week for 30 minutes as this really does work.
Do I get a grad badge or do I have to wait until it 5k in 30?
