Another surprising run, went well even though I’d done 2 x 12 hour shifts at work wasn’t too tired. Left hip feels a bit irritated any tips at all? Have a good weekend everyone x

Just go steady. Nice and easy does it, no hurry, no rush. If you need an extra rest day then take it.
