Well, W6 R3 in the bag and I feel healthier fitter and more positive than I did 6 weeks ago. I think I'm a bit slimmer too. In 25 minutes I struggled 3 times and just told myself 'come on, you can push through this' and I did.
It's a first for me, running first thing in the morning, and I feel so much better on my way to work.
Thanks to everyone who posts on here, even if you don't get many replies, know that you are helping someone else just by making them feel part of it, this great running thing.

Just back from W5 R1. With my luminous yellow running jacket I think the shouts from local kids on lunch break indicated they are also Weddoes fans - but that they perhaps favour ‘Everyone Thinks He Looks Daft’.
