Ok, so my last run was a bit fresh and frosty ❄️ I wore my usual running bottoms and long sleeve running top but it wasn’t enough. I came home with cold red blotches over my skin. My question is - “what do you wear whilst out running in the colder months”?? I think I’d get too hot adding a jumper. Still can’t believe I’m on week 7!! 🏃♀️ 💪😀

Brrrrr it’s cold
It's a dilemma! You know it's freezing out but you know you'll be sweating like the proverbial after a few minutes running... I wear long running tights & a breathable short or long sleeve running top - then a lightweight running jacket over the top. It keeps the wind out & I find it warm enough. I do have thin gloves & a headband that covers my ears as that where I feel the cold! Hope that helps x
Base layer and top over it, fleece lined leggings, running buff to keep face/ears/ head warm, gloves, hat. Then I end up removing the buff, hat, gloves...
Put some moisture cream on face and lips. I even do my eye lids now after getting wind burn
Long sleeved running top and then lightweight run jacket over. A hooded run jacket is good. They are not expensive. Hat or buff around your ears You can get winter weight tights
I got a long sleeved merino top Aldi ✔️
