Who ever thought I'd be jealous of the runners?

I'm having ongoing physio for a hip problem, and have been advised to severely curtail my running until I've built up my glutes a bit. However, I've also signed up for a charity monthly distance challenge, so undeterred went out for a walk instead tonight. I don't think I've seen so many runners in one evening before, and each one I passed made me just a touch jealous! That would never have been my reaction at the start of the year!!!!

I'm right there with you! Sore hip. Not running as the last run made it worse. Driving, walking ... always runners out there, always the 'wish i was doing that' feeling.

Sorry, can't help you. Can empathise. Here's to strong glutes, steady hips and getting back out there to join those runners!
