Back at it and getting back on track

I had nearly two weeks off with tooth abscess and was just about to start week five. Re-did week four and getting back on track. It’s wonderful to feel Laura’s faith and to read the support and energy on here. I feel I have started many things and had difficulty sticking to it in the past but this feels different. Next up weight loss anyone had luck following the diet on here? It would make running so much easier currently hiding away rather!

Welcome back, tooth issues suck! I think a few people on here have mentioned the NHS Weight Loss forum that they're also on? Good luck with both!

ps regarding hiding... fluorescent running gear makes you invisible ;)

There's a diet on here?? 🤣 I could use that!
