Two lots of 10 minutes and I enjoyed it. Was a bit faffy half way through the first run because its close to zero here and I went out with fingerless gloves, a hat and a buff all of which i needed to strip off and dump after just a few minutes! Luckily i do this on an old railway and theres noone around so i pick up my stuff on the way back!
Finding I'm increasingly thirsty and needed a drink part way through, its worse when there is a cold wind. What do you guys carry water in? My friend recommended one that straps to my wrist. Going to have a water bottle in my "dump" spot I think I really hate carrying stuff when running.

You should not need to carry water for any C25K run, unless the weather is exceptionally hot, so you should be ok for a few months. I don't carry water for any run below 10k.
Good hydration is crucial to good performance. The NHS recommend that you drink a minimum of 1.2 litres per day. If you are exercising you need considerably more. I drink well in excess of twice that recommendation, whether I am running or not. Your fluid intake needs to be spread evenly throughout the day.
Carrying a bottle in your hand is not a good idea. It means the hand is clenched, not relaxed, as it should be. Your symmetry and balance will also be affected. I use a waist belt with bottle holder and have recently bought, but not used yet, a running backpack with two litre bladder.
Thanks, I drink at least 2 litres of water every day, usually have drank that before I run because I run after work but today ran within an hour of getting up and I'd only had a few sips so maybe that's why I felt so thirsty today.
Thanks for the tips. Will look into those when I've conquered C25k!
