W6R1 within a park run

Smashed it! Very proud. Modified the run as it was a 5min walk from the car park to the start . Ran 10 8 10 with 3 min walk between then managed a sprint finish.....well felt like a sprint to me at that stage. Finished the 5k below 39 minutes so an improvement on the last one I attempted. Actually looking forward to the next run now. Lol never thought I'd be saying that in a million years!

wonder. It involves 5 minute & 8 minute runs with the brisk walks in between. Let me now summarise;

6th Park run & 6th PB

have improved at every run. Todays time is 2 minutes faster than my PB before I started park runs....

Park run - brilliant

(furthest ever) and did special lope across finish in lieu of sprint. This could be my Saturday fun...
