Phew. Finished week two. Its taken me two weeks! I have walked as well. Im going to do week three in the prescribed week.

Loving the challenge. And feeling good

( except aching calves. They are struggling to get used to the work!)

Try these after runs;

Massage and rolling can help calves too... and some extra non impact exercise on rest days will improve stamina and strength!
