I have been awake since 5am procrastinating about going out for a run. All the inner voices debating: it’s too dark, but you have hi-viz, arm & shoe lights; it may be raining, but you have wet weather gear; go later on, you know you won’t because there will always be something else to. Go with OH to parkrun & marshall with him, at least you will have had a walk.......ooh here’s an idea- run parkrun today as you planned a few weeks ago! YES!! fab idea, safe, fun, non judgemental & I can always come in with the tail walker if I want to 😁😁 Right, I’m off to find my bar code & get into my kit. Report to follow .
