I actually hit the 5k mark!!! It feels like I won the lottery. I can’t quite believe it! Just completed W8R3 so thinking I’ll be doing about 5k for the 30 minute run and the extra for warm up and cool down so total should be about 5.5k?? Still can’t believe I did it!

I don't want to rain on your parade but to run 5k in 30 minutes your average pace for running alone needs to be 6min/k. I don't know what your walking pace is, but better to do the sums than raise hopes on an estimate.
Don't get too hung up on that target, you are doing great.
