Slow, windy 5k.....Hot bath :)

It was quite windy here earlier, that made for a slower and longer (time wise), penultimate run. 30 minutes extended to 35 minutes and 5k was reached a bit slower this time.

Then, pink bath time - water hot enough to turn you pink, great muscle relaxant - for me anyway.

One more scheduled run with Sarah, graduation awaits - roll on Monday!
