So far I have just run with Jo speaking out loud from the iPhone strapped to my arm , muffled by the occasional car driving by, now it's time I think for headphones. Maybe because I've not too much longer with the app and Jo encouraging every now and then. Think it will be hard to have whatever eighties music I have blaring out as I run by...so... any tips, hints, recommendations...?

Assuming that you have a smartphone with Bluetooth, then search Amazon for MPOW Magneto headphones.

Oh, I see that they are out of stock :-(

Then you need these:

amazon.co.uk/Headphones-Mpo...

Or these:

amazon.co.uk/dp/B017I9CBPC?...

I've run hundreds of km wearing the MPOW Magnetos, they've been comfortable, never fallen out, only run out of battery on me twice when running. Bomb-proof. And being BlueTooth, there is no cable down to your phone.

I start my music, then pause it by putting the 2 earpieces together (they stick by magnets), put the phone in my running belt, and start my watch searching for GPS. Then, once it has a fix - 10 seconds, I start the run, and put the earpieces back in my ears. This automatically starts the music and I'm off!
