Looking forward to W3R1 now. Still not breaking any records but definitely feeling better for the exercise. Crewe Queens Park is still my preferred venue. I just have to watch out for the slippery paths covered in pine needles, Canadian geese and swan droppings. I'm even getting to know some of the regular visitors to the park.
