W3R3 completed but only just 😏

Well not a great start to the day phone flat overnight due to having to use 4G as wifi still a problem.

Technical hitch with my sports bra 😂😂

Then needed the toilet just after starting so ran with clenched buttocks 😫😂

Slowest run so far but l completed so ticked off.

W4R1 on Tuesday 😬 will be early morning so hopefully l shall be on fire unlike this morning😝.
