Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going,

Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

If youre a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy week,

Juju and Realfoodieclub

:)

Yep, me too. Went for W5R1 this morning and it went ok. So far so good πŸ˜€. R3 will be a real achievement for me too. Good luck & enjoy!

How are you folks doing? I did wk5 last week and yeah, it was a milestone. It includes the first long run, for one thing. Good luck!

Finished week 5 this morning, feel pretty good about it, starting to feel like a proper runner after going for 20 minutes

Hi everyone. Just starting wk 6 today (I start each new week on a Friday), and I'm feeling particularly sore after this one. I'm thinking my shoe wasn't on properly or something was different about my gait. Hopefully spending the weekend recovering will have me fully prepped and ready for the next run on Monday.

Hi everyone, just finished W6R2.

Have been taking 2 days rest between runs this week as my ankles were a bit sore but they seem OK at the moment (am hoping this is a sign that they are getting stronger!) Hoping to go back to one day between runs because I liked that rhythm :)

Did W2 R1 today in the pouring rain, so glad i went out, cosy and warm by the fire now, and feeling quite positive about it all. Thanks to all the encouragement on this forum and the pearls of wisdom, i feel good about running.

Post graduation ... still running 3 times a week and loving it ... minor challenges knowing what to follow so reverted back to Mr Smooth a couple of times
