W1R1 revisited

After the horrendous calf cramps of Tuesday I've managed to complete w1r1 tonight without having to stop. Still lots of pain in legs on way round but it was easier like you all said it would be. The journey had now begun properly.

Well done 🎉

There's always something in those first few weeks I recall around the 5 min runs getting the most awful pains in my ankles like cheesewire cutting into them ... download the podcast for strengtening and flex its NHS as well certainly seems to have helped me 🤓👍

Well done you!! The more you do, the stronger you'll get - Vixen's link about the exercises might be a good idea. I've just started Pilates, which is all about core strength. Keep it up, and don't forget to update us! 😉
