Last but one run done! Decided to run around the local park for a change. Was so glad I did. The 30 minutes went by very quickly. There was loads of things to distract me, squirrels, dogs and a general change of scenery. Let my dogs off the leads so had my hands free and they loved it. Last run on Friday morning. Last run with my daughter before she goes back to uni Saturday. 😩... mixed emotions regarding finishing and saying goodbye to her. Was great to finish the last few weeks with her by my side. All of you doubting yourselves on completing this program please don't give up. I'm still very over weight but feeling so much better about myself.. losing weight slowly but can see light at the end of the tunnel now. Looking forward to Friday!!

Thankyou oldfloss I've got to say the encouragement I've had from this forum (particularly yourself and jancanrun) has pushed me forward and it makes me realise we are not alone in this. I was a little tearful this morning. It's one of my great achievements in life. I didn't give up (not like me) and somehow found the will power to get my trainers on and get out of the door! 😘
