Well I did it.... I managed to complete my first week of C25K and I feel amazing!

When I started off tonight on my run my legs felt slightly achy and I wasn't looking forward to it! Half way through and I really got into a rhythm and I actually really enjoyed it!

Bring on week 2!!!

That is excellent!

Take your rest days.... and listen to your body.... make sure you do this at a comfortable pace...and that should be, slow and steady:)

Warm up well and make sure you do your stretching after the runs.... other strength exercise and stamina exercise is very useful on rest days too.....swimming, walking, cycling etc.. :)

Thank you! I only get half an hour lunch break but as I have a desk job I've took to taking my trainers to work with me and I do a half hour brisk walk each day too!

Looking forward to giving week 2 my best shot!
