Well I did it.... I managed to complete my first week of C25K and I feel amazing!
When I started off tonight on my run my legs felt slightly achy and I wasn't looking forward to it! Half way through and I really got into a rhythm and I actually really enjoyed it!
Bring on week 2!!!

Brilliant your first week done and dusted. Well done you
Take your rest days.... and listen to your body.... make sure you do this at a comfortable pace...and that should be, slow and steady
Warm up well and make sure you do your stretching after the runs.... other strength exercise and stamina exercise is very useful on rest days too.....swimming, walking, cycling etc..
Thank you! I only get half an hour lunch break but as I have a desk job I've took to taking my trainers to work with me and I do a half hour brisk walk each day too!
