You are doing great, don't worry about your next run, it is ALL psychological for this one, if you've done all the other runs up until that one then you have the ability to complete that one too.

Have a search around the forum for W5R3, you'll soon understand what I mean.

Well done on just running and brisk walking for 21 minutes between warm up and cool down.........that's a minute longer than is required next time out.........you have got this taped.
