So started off in the rain this morning..a little nervous but also quite excited about moving into wk2. First couple of runs were ok and it was easier than I thought it was going to be......by the final run I was breathing hard and mentally begging michael to put an end to my misery. However I did it and I'm chuffed! A few days off now because I'm back to work but looking forward to Friday's run!

As you've probably discovered, running in the rain is fab 🤗 Well done, just keep plugging away at each run and you'll get through the programme just fine 🙂

Thanks. I have a really interesting route which combines road and country path. I love going out very early morning as i get to see the sun coming up (weather allowing). It's interesting trying to negotiate the puddles and mud. But I get to see all the wildlife. The Canadian geese have been migrating overhead for my last two runs.
