I am sure there is a logical and sensible answer to this! I went for my week 2, run 3 run this evening and something happened (out of my control) which meant it was interrupted. I only did the 5 min walk, 90 secs, 2 mins, 90 secs and then about 10 mins of walking with a five minute break in the middle. I've had a little sulk and I don't know whether to just forget it for today and do it tomorrow or give myself an hour or so and go out later and complete it. I feel so disappointed - I was looking forward to completing this week all day and it all went wrong :(

Normally the advice is not to do more than the programme says but I am thinking just 2 90 second runs is probably not enough to cause injury if you try again today. But make sure that's really what you want to do. If you decide to wait the run will wait too and be there tomorrow.

Thanks - I think I had psyched myself up to complete today and when it didn't happen it was a big blow. Having thought about it, you are right, it will be there tomorrow and I can still start week 3 on Monday as planned.

I think you can just have an off day- low energy/ motivation.

Just put it behind you and try again tomorrow - hope it goes better on your next run.
