My lower back niggle is a bit more niggly than usual. Thank goodness I will go to the physio on Tuesday. Meanwhile two days between runs won't kill me so I will try for tomorrow instead of today. Fingers crossed that rest will improve it. More than two months since I slept wrong and put it out!

Use that extra day to rest up and maybe some gentle exercise? Take care of you... you are your best asset!
