Wee scruff and I had an incident involving tractor trailers and animals being moved around ... short version she freaked out ran across my path and boom ... stumble crash fall ... anyway today back on the horse so to speak lots of gentle encouragement especially on hearing the farm dogs barking ... prob telling her to keep going 🐶.... there it was the sign in the sky not just the matter of fact it was sunny and wet but a beautiful rainbow with my own pot of gold at the end of it lol ... I hear those mentors expert words in my head ... keep running keep smiling ... I am I am I am 🌈🏃🏼‍♀️🐶

She was a dogs trust rescue pup .... still has issues but don't we all 🤦🏼‍♀️... so a real Heinz 57

Haha...love a scruffy dog. She's looks a wee darling. Lucky you that she'll run with you. Archie just looked at me as if I was crazy and sat down when I tried to make him my running buddy. 🙄
