Had a fun morning completing Two Arms on Two Legs 10k in Aylesbury along Grand Union Canal.

Really pleased with the time as first long run since a July half marathon.

Hubby tweaked his hamstring a couple of weeks ago so the uneven path was not great for him.

A really well organised race with loads of marshals cheering us along.

A friend did the half marathon may give that a go next year.

Nuclear Races OCR next week so plenty of mud.

OOh, well done you lot!

I assumed canal paths were flat, was there a lot of elevation?
