Yep. Should not have run Tuesday with crook back.
Pain behind knee is pretty gruesome. No running for a while.
Walked briskly instead, good news is I can not only do that, it settled the old 'how much further do I go running vis a vis walking?"
Answer - 25 to 35 percent
Anyway, it feels very ignoble to be on the IC simply because I was a stubborn idiot and ran when I knew in my heart I was pushing it too far.
But - could be worse and learned a valuable lesson. I'm hoping a week or so will see me running much more sensibly.

Sorry to hear you're on the IC. Am intrigued by Baileys Irish Cream cake - is it of the sponge variety? I feel an urgent need to bake! Hope you're back running soon.
Reply (3)Report
It's kind of spongy. I'm assured though it's non- alcoholic as the baking process evaporates the Proof.
On my wilder days, we would just have a bottle of Bailey's in one hand and a sponge finger in the other and who needs an Oven anyway! LOL
