5k trail run

Well yesterday I did my first trail run for a local charity

This was the run that I started C25K for - I did 5.78km in 0:50:55 and I never lost any shoes in the mud 😂😂 I did manage to pick up some mud on the shoes though !!

While waiting for friends before the start I chatted to a gentleman who was also running having done C25K so that was two of us raising money off a worthwhile cause

The hills were a killer so I'm going to start hill running weekly to prepare for next year who knows I may do 10K in 2018 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
