It's held in the grounds of Ashridge House (near Berkhamsted) on 15/10/17 to raise funds for the local hospice, which is genuinely an amazing place. 5 miles & 30 obstacles.... Yikes! stfrancis.org.uk/support-us...

ahh Ashridge! I do courses there and love it. I'll be there again in November and will be making use of the running trail for the first time. Good luck with the mudpack challenge! My profile photo (which hopefully you can hardly see) was taken at a CRUK 'pretty muddy' run which was good fun.
