Alien takeover continues....

The aliens are continuing to take over my life - this evening I voluntarily did a 6.5km cross country run, that's me, who 30+ years ago at school hated every single cross country run I had to endure 🙄

Mind you the gremlins are still around too, as there were probably more walking intervals than there should have been, but still feeling smug. Now just got to keep stretching those calf muscles......
