Well maybe not. More like run into the wind on W1 R3 which made it feel harder than run 1. Starting C25K in August with supposedly nicer weather is I suppose a lot easier than starting in January. I'm going to have to toughen up for the winter!

By the winter you will be laughing at the elements; running through the wind, rain and snow....I am enjoying this summer because the weather has been lousy by and large and not too hot, rather a change from my usual attitude to the great British summer :)

Good outlook, early toughening up. All the hallmarks of someone determined to do it. Well done you onwards to W2

I did a run in the rain last week (I think, might have been a couple weeks ago now). .. but I enjoyed it so much! 😂 Running in the rain is great... just need to find how to keep my phone dry... 😏☔️
