Running on Holiday - slowly!

Graduated middle of June and have run every other day since I started the programme, have even kept it up in the Gran Canarian heat on holiday - so fairly pleased with myself. With my 5 min warm up walk and 5 min walk down plus 30 mins of running I am completing just over 5k - should I be pushing myself to do more? I'm quite happy doing what I'm doing but wonder if I should be pushing myself more...

Well done. Listen to your body and let it guide you. If you are ready train for the 10k

Have thought about that, but at the moment feel like 30 mins is all I have in me!! I just want to keep it up. I did the c25k 2 years ago, completed it and stayed with it for a couple of months but I let it peter out over the holidays - this time have kept it up (whilst on 2 holidays) and made sure I have run every other day (a couple of times I have run consecutive days just to make sure I don't lose momentum) I just want to ensure I keep it up so that's why I'm wary of pushing myself more at the moment in case I go off running and find an excuse to stop. But will definitely consider doing another app.

Definitely. I found 30mins quite long. Choose different routes so that you don't get bored.

Only if you want to.

This running lark is your gift to yourself so if you are happy as you are just keep on keeping on.

If you want to do more, either now or in the future, you could aim to run faster or longer or train for events. But there is no "should" in this, only what you want to do.
