Motivation issues

I'd been keeping to the runs on the exact days I had set and then one day things went wrong in my personal life so there wasn't the chance to run and ever since I can't find the motivation to run. Part of me thinks im gonna struggle to carry on from where i left off. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you overcome it?

You know, sometimes going for a run can help all your troubles fade into the distance for a little while. The hardest step is the first step. Be determined, force yourself to go out at a set time and day and once you're on your way, hopefully you will get your mojo back. Good luck.

Put your trainers on and go out and run. That is the only way.

Don't think to much about it, shoes on and...GO!

Mo jos have an infuriating habit of going missing when you need them most. But actually they can be found by meticulous planning. It's a 3 stage plan called T2M (Trainers to Mojo)

1, put your trainers on

2, Start running

3, Mo Jo appears

Really its worth a go, if you don't go looking for your mo jo you'll never find it

Don't overthink it. Cut yourself some slack and perhaps do Week one again. I did that and refound my mojo. Get the trainers on and go!
