Hi there! Welcome!

Supposedly summer in the UK here, my heating switched on this morning!

Follow the programme, take your rest days, listen to your body and enjoy! Keep posting for great support and motivation..there are a load of Newbies all setting out together on this great journey! :)

The early morning runs are the best... looking forward to your first post! :)

Thanks great encouragement!

Welcome Kiwi and as my rellies would say are you a Jaffa - which makes me smile, but it is somewhat rude! Or from somewhere else - anyway south or north, either way your country is beautiful and a great encouragement to run.

Hope the cold weather isn't too offputting and well done on starting the program. You should do the program easily, because you're always a day ahead of us!

Looking forward to some Kiwi posts

Welcome Bluestone. Like Oldfloss said - follow the programme, do as Laura tells you and you'll be fine. It will seem hard at times, but you'll be amazed in a few weeks time at how different you will be. Two warnings - don't skip your rest days and don't try to do too much too soon. The programme works for complete lazy lumps like I was, but only if you let it.
