Hi. I have 1 run left in wk 7 but am going on holiday in a couple of days. I was wondering how to continue when i get back. Would you advise going back a couple of weeks or continue where i left off. I know i win't be running while i am away. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks .

I would say try and be as active as you can on holiday, even if you're not running, and then try picking up from where you are when you get back and see how you do. If you find it really hard then you can always repeat or drop back a week at that point if you need to

Can you not run whilst away.... holiday running can be fun Lots of forum friends do
If not... then you just start off where you left off, but slow and really steady

I was away for 3 weeks and only managed to run once while I was away - W8R1. When I got back I decided to just try the next run and see how it went and it was OK so I have carried on from there. Just try it when you are back and if it is too hard then you can go back a week if you need too. I find that at this stage of the programme it is mind over matter. Being active on holiday will really help and if you manage a run or two that will make a difference too. Remember to have a fantastic holiday and just do what you can when you get back. It is more important that you do get back into it than worrying about where you have be in the programme. Enjoy
