Tight Chest/Angina

Been struggling with a tight chest after about 1m 30secs of running, went to see my GP, seems I have angina, and I'm now taking beta blockers and waiting to see a specialist.

Has anyone out there had any similar problens and continued to run?

Hi Steve. I'm certainly no expert but I would definitely check with your GP before heading out. There'll be plenty of time to get your running shoes out once you get the go ahead. Good luck.

As godsend says ask your Dr your condition is far more serious than sore shins . Look after yourself
