Post Graduation

So I graduated nearly a fortnight ago and have only managed one run since (although did run for longer than 30 mins and there were more steep ups than before as I've moved) this to start with was not knowing a long enough route and I wasn't doing loops as that would kill my motivation however went out yesterday and couldn't manage 5 minutes due to lungs letting me down. I'm getting quiet frustrated. Now on antibiotics so hoping I can run Saturday as the following week I want to do my first park run. Anyone with chronic lung conditions out there got any hints and tips?
