Here is the link to the original post. This is very close to my heart at the moment, with only having one kidney now it is so important that I do not get dehydrated. So here are some links so you can keep a close eye in your own hydration
Someone reminded me that we could do with a re... - Couch to 5K
Someone reminded me that we could do with a refresher about the colour of our pee.

Does Hidden not have a Dulux colour chart reference for that?
Oh i so do.... lunar falls means it's okay lemon punch a big problem....
My wee goes very dark after drinking a pint of water with a soluble vitamin C in it.
Strangely it also goes dark after a 2 and a half hour martial arts session, even though in that time I'll get through a litre of very watered down lucazade sport.

Just wait til you wee after having beetroot juice!

This is very timely in the Summer too. I have to admit I hadn't taken too much notice of this till I did the Exmoor marathon with a lady that ran the Marathon Du Sables and she explained to me about the importance of the colour and frequency of running during a race. She said those that had dark concentrated wee did not finish..... I hydrate far more now and see that is key to endurance and health too!!!! Thanks for sharing.
