Any advice or recommendations please?
I've completed W4R3 today and have tight calves my right is worse than my left 😬 I did my before and after stretching and my warm up and warm down brisk walks.
Any help gratefully received ☺️

More stretching.
There's an ABC in martial arts. Always Be Conditioning.
That doesn't mean non-stop workouts. It just means getting into habits that support your goals. For example, if you find yourself standing around talking to someone, is there something to stick your foot on so you can stretch a calf muscle. My front garden wall is quite low, so if I'm out there even for a minute waiting for my kids to get in the car if we're off out, I'll be sticking a foot on the wall to to my hamstrings and calves. Basically become a fidget. As kids we get told off for fidgeting. But fidgeting is good. Fidgeting can be training without conscious effort.
So basically, stretching before and after a run is not going to solve tight muscles. At best it will just stop them from tightening more. There's loads of studies. For stretching exercises to work, you have to stretch every day, ideally multiple times per day.
Stretching. Before you run walk on tiptoes toes pointing out and then toes pointing in. Then walk on heels toes, out and in. After running do the usual calf stretches. Don't neglect. Good luck. 😊
