Good morning all. Just completed wk2r2 & boy was it hard going.......but to my surprise I was still running past the point I'd completed the final run section on wk2r1 - so despite feeling really tough i'd actually gone further without aiming to - yeah!!!!!! Motorists probably a bit surprised by my arms aloft celebration on completing it - but hey I did it - made me happy & probably gave them a laugh too. Oh & the sun is shining - it's beautiful out there.... I can say that now I'm finished. Happy running everyone ππ»ββοΈβοΈπ΅
Good morning π: Good morning all. Just... - Couch to 5K
Good morning π
Good morning, I bet that felt great, especially if you were celebrating it Well done.
End of my last run - I am sure I yelled "yes" aloud, probably a bit like in "When Harry met Sally" - oops.
All I can say is a good job I live in the country as also talk to Jo Whiley on the way round - I think the guy who ran past me on Friday whilst gasping unintelligible words probably thought I was but I'm not mad honest - lets enjoy the good things......I'm glad I'm not the only one - celebrations all round!!!!!
Good morning! Well done! You know the saying, when the going gets tough the tough get going! And no pain no gain! But your not in any pain are you! plenty of determination needed though, think you have bags of that! So carry on slow n steady!π
Excellent. It's a great feeling when you actually complete a run, isn't it?
At the moment it's the best part! I am enjoying it but as you'll know 90 seconds sometimes seems like - well longer than 90 seconds! I got excited this morning when a track faded during the run thinking that Jo Whiley was just about to tell me time was up - but no it was just the end of the track π See you on the other side of wk 2 run 3 ππ΅
