W3R1 done but my app Frozen!

Feeling great as I have just completed W3R1. Never throught i could do 3 minutes running but it was better than i thought. But, my c25k app crashed when I tried to start it so i just used my watch to time everything. Has anyone else had any issues with the app crashing? It is still stuck and I don't know whether I will need to remove and reinstall it?

Which app are you using? I've had no issues with the BBC one - other than the scripted coaching which sometimes makes me think it has crashed.!Shows how reliant we are on these things though. I panic if I can't find my earphones which I only ever use for C25K. Hope you get the app sorted.

Thanks Workerbee. I think it actually might be my phone as my Spotify crashed as well! I am rubbish with technology! I know what you mean about the earphones. My husband borrowed mine and I panicked thinking i had lost them lol. I am loving the programme though. Never thought I would but the benefits are so obvious after only 2 weeks
