Can't believe I've just completed W2 R3.. Easier than I thought, although it still left me gasping and dripping.. I loved it.! Never did I think I'd ever say that about running/jogging ish.. lol

I'm glad you're enjoying it. Its okay to be nervous but remember you CAN do it
It can be daunting looking at what's ahead, but the programme is designed to gradually build you up to running longer distances. It will really surprise you what you are capable of as you progress through the weeks. Good luck!
