5 days late due to work 4/5 very long days

Had planned to run Thursday but went to be Tuesday and woke at 3 (not for the first time that night ) was still awake at 5 so thought ah well this is not going to happen so might as well go for a run .

Not tried early morning runs before to be honest found it ok and did not have to drive to where i normally run as at that time in the morning was so quite went straight through the town center never saw a soul and even went past the university and that was all so deserted apart from 1 female runner who completely ignored me

It was not cool even at that time but it was very much cooler than if i had gone early evening as i normally do so will try it again on Friday if i wake up early i may even set my alarm i did have a bit more sleep last night so if i feel ok this evening will try an early morning run again tomorrow.

this will be a 40 min run which is my longest official run if you do not count the 46 min run i did the other day due to a glitch on my watch
