Park Run....hot, hot, hot!

Ooooh, it was a bit warm doing Park Run yesterday - was about 78 degrees 😱

I even managed a new PB (just) so happy with that. Was shattered the whole of yesterday though.

Thank you 😃it was only 14 seconds faster but at least it was a new PB 👍🏼 One of the experienced runners who had finished and was doing another 5k ran with me to gee me up the hilly bits which was really kind 😊
