HELP ON RUNNING AND WALKING SPEED

Hi everyone. Just start yesterday the program, I've been training for about a month but with no guidance so I'm looking forward to see the difference. I can't run outside so I do it on a treadmill and there is my doubt, at what speed you consider to walk and at what speed you run?

THANKS!!!

Hi Alex. Well done for starting. That's the main thing.

This program is all about getting you to run for 30 minutes without stopping. You should pace yourself when you run. Don't go for distance or speed, just make sure you don't stop until you are told to. Same with the walking, it's still part of the training process.

Just do the speeds that suit you. If it gets too much, just slow your pace. No rush, the speed comes later.

Hope this helps.

Good luck :)

Sounds good although I've seen quite posts that suggest between 6 and 10, I'll try those and post results.

Thanks a lot!

Walk: 6km/h

Run: 10km/h.

Or whatever speed suits you.
