Hi Zara, well done on your run today. Don't worry about distances at this stage, as you progress to the longer 'non-stop' runs you need to ensure you pace yourself. Don't go off too fast, just take it nice and steady, get your breathing sorted, don't panic and let your legs do the running. You have been building up to this week and will be able to do it. Good luck. You're right. Come this far so can keep going! ππI need to sort my breathing ad suggested above. That helps but I tend to pant. Didn't think breathing was so hard!
