Well week 3 done and decided to change the scenery and go an alternative route (which was over a bloomin bridge)! So ran down it during 90s run - is that cheating? Then ran up it during 3min run. Took it nice and slow and I did it!! I actually did it!! Nervous about week 4 now.

Why cheating... you ran down and then up!!!

Taking it slowly is perfect... and you will be fine :)

Just try to think how far you have come... and not to peek at the next week... follow the programme and trust it and... have faith in yourself... You can do this... and soon you will just love the hills... like the rest of us do!! ( Ha, ha!)

That is true but I felt I cheated going down! Anyway considering I couldn't run for one min 6 weeks ago I felt proud. Here's to week 4. Thanks for the inspiration xxx
